I have been a nurse for 14 years and have been involved in greyhound and rottweiler rescue for 5 years. I moved to Conway, AR in 1989.    I am available 24/7 for those that work nights or weekends and find it hard to find someone to help out.  I am also available for in home sitting while you are out of town or for several visits a day.
